Research & Development

Improvement in technology is indispensable in meeting customer needs in a rapidly changing industry.
At Sanno, approximately 2% of sales is invested in R&D. With a technology and production technology department exclusively tasked with research, the development of new technology is a regular undertaking. We will continue to develop technologies to support the coming generations, utilizing the immense know-how and technology we have accumulated on our production lines.

Quality Control and Assurance

A division dedicated exclusively to quality control and assurance protects the quality of our products in order for us to answer to the trust given to us by our customers. Our ISO-standard quality management system is fully functional, and both our headquarters and factories have received certification for a variety of ISO standards.
One of the characteristics of Sanno is the absence of a breach between the manufacturing line and the R&D department. In the event of trouble or failure on the line, both parties are to come together to help clarify the problem and feedback to the production line. Additionally, any product, including those already delivered (aftercare), are qualified to receive testing and analysis for the solution of problems in the case of trouble or failure.
