Stamping + Integrated Surface Treatment Processing System
Sanno's long history in surface processing and its depth of knowledge in precious metals ensures quality even in precision metal stamping. Currently there are two Stamping Factories with which an integrated processing system of press + surface treatment is enabled. The integrated processing system benefits the customer both in cost and lead time, and additionally allows enhancement of quality control with heightened traceability.
In-House Developed Mass Production Capabilities
Our company possesses Factory and Process Line necessary for the Production Process capable to build a more efficient Factory in line with a mass production system by conducting internal Technical Development as well as Production Technical Development. Moreover, the forte of Sanno is the possession of a multi-purpose Process Line that are capable to response to every products that was developed within the factory and equipment through the technical Know-how from the long experience in handling numerous varieties of products with various customer. Its experience in caring for numerous customers and processing a wide variety of products over its long history is directly reflected in its factories and facilities. Sanno's strength is in the flexibility of its production line, which deals with a broad number of products.
Ability to analyze and recommend improvements to established products
We do not simply conduct the processing tasks of our customers, but we also analyze the current status in tandem with the functional and quality needs of the product, providing possible solutions to our customers for their challenges. For example, we have made suggestions to our customers on how to reduce precious metal usage by analyzing the specific parts of the product requiring surface processing, thereby assisting the customer to reduce cost in the face of price increases. Our technical knowledge helps us to provide convincing, realistic suggestions that go beyond customer expectations.
